1. Custom Products (Important)
Due to the nature of custom engraving and personalization:
All custom orders are NON-refundable and NON-returnable
This includes:

Engraved trophies

Custom plaques
-
Personalized awards
-
Logo or artwork-based products
2. Order Approval Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:

Reviewing all spelling, dates, and design details

Approving proofs before production begins
Once approved, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:

Damaged
-
Incorrect due to our error
You must notify us within 5 business days.
We will:

Repair
-
Replace
-
Or remake the item at no additional cost

4. Non-Custom Items
Non-personalized items may be eligible for return within 7–14 days, unused and in original condition.

Approved refunds (if applicable):

6. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins

Once production starts, cancellation is not allowed
