SHIPPING POLICY

1. Custom Products (Important)

Due to the nature of custom engraving and personalization:

All custom orders are NON-refundable and NON-returnable

This includes:

  • Engraved trophies

  • Custom plaques

  • Personalized awards

  • Logo or artwork-based products

 

2. Order Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all spelling, dates, and design details

  • Approving proofs before production begins

Once approved, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect due to our error

You must notify us within 5 business days.

We will:

  • Repair

  • Replace

  • Or remake the item at no additional cost

4. Non-Custom Items

Non-personalized items may be eligible for return within 7–14 days, unused and in original condition.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable):

  • Issued to original payment method

  • Processed within 5–10 business days

​

6. Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled before production begins

  • Once production starts, cancellation is not allowed
